Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) Design

Our team can provide accessible design solutions for purpose-built apartments in a mixed-use development, modified existing house or apartment or a new build home.

Our Director, Ian Elphinstone is an accredited National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Specialist Disability Assessor (Reg:SDA00055). Ian can design housing solutions for people who have an extreme functional impairment or very high support needs.

 

All SDA designs are in accordance with the SDA Design Standard and SDA Design Categories including; Improved Liveability, Fully Accessible, Robust and High Physical Support.
